Swiss Steak Dinner
Join us for our ever popular Swiss Steak Dinner on Saturday, March 15. Serving times are 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. Dinner includes salad, rolls, Swiss steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, corn, beverage & pie. Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased through our online giving portal by clicking on the "donations" tab and then "donate" button. Be sure to select the correct time for your tickets! Or call the church at 440-327-2921 to make your reservations!
Chili Cook Off
Swiss Steak Dinner
Our annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser will be Sunday, March 2 immediately after church. Besides chili, muffins and crackers, we will have our Alleluia cupcakes. There will be Lenten activities for everyone to do after the chili cook off. The cost for lunch is $6.00 for anyone over the age of 12, $4.00 for children ages 4-12, and 3 and under is free. Tickets available at the door.
Ash Wednesday
Come for a simple meal of soup and bread/crackers. Following the meal, we’ll have a brief Ash Wednesday service that will include the ritual of wearing ashes on our foreheads. Join us for this somber and meaningful service to start off our Lenten journey to Easter Sunday.

The Board of Outreach is sponsoring a food and hygiene product collection for the Lorain County Office on Aging food pantry through March 9. Items needed are unexpired, non-perishable food items and hygiene products. Collection boxes are in the Sunday school hallway and fellowship hall.

‘Tis the season (of Lent) to join us after the worship service during fellowship time for a conversation on deathcare on Sunday, March 16. Lent reminds us that we are made of dust, and to dust we shall return. Pastor Kearstin will have copies of her Holistic Deathcare Planning Guide available and we’ll take some time to think about end-of-life wishes and memorial plans. It’s never too early to start thinking about the end. This conversation will be casual and nourishing, not scary and depressing.

On Sunday, March 23 we’ll gather after the service in fellowship hall to share a meal then head upstairs to the Sunday school wing for family-friendly games. Feel free to bring your favorite game or an extra deck of cards with you.
